Casa Suzana is a charming fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home conveniently located in the peaceful Cozumel residential neighborhood of Corpus Christi. You'll love staying within walking distance of the dining and shopping of colorful downtown San Miguel. The living room has ample seating to gather and talk or watch TV on the large HDTV with digital cable programming. There is an elegant rustico dining room with seating for 6 in addition to a 3-seat breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare anything from snacks and cocktails to a multi-course meal.

There are 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. The ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed with private access to the patio and pool. Two more bedrooms, each opening onto a shared balcony, are upstairs - one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds. Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own full bathroom, plenty of closet space, iPod-dock alarm clock, television with cable and a quiet and efficient ceiling fan.
